To reduce the rattle of the crates and tags, we offer these fabulous quiet, durable plastic crate tag fasteners that easily affix to the crate door or a wire crate.
Crate Tag Fasteners are available in both Clear (opaque) and Black and sold in quantities of 6.
We have tested these fasteners ourselves for many years, as well as listened to customer feedback. While there is no UV info, the black fasteners withstand the sun, wind & rain elements, while the clear fasteners will break within 1 year when used outdoors full time. Both colors are durable indoors or inside a vehicle.
Simply snap the ends together until they "lock" into place. Once secured, the fasteners will not open without the use of tools. (We have tried fasteners that will allow you to move them to other crates. They would pop open in temps over 60-degrees or with the slightest movement of the animal inside or upon opening the door. This was not safe as it would cause curious animals to taste test fallen items!)
